Canadian Black Book has released the results of its second annual Best Overall Retained Value award, with Toyota receiving the honour for passenger cars and Honda for light trucks. The awards are evaluated based on a review of four-year-old vehicles - in this case, model-year 2003 - on a sales-weighted basis, and determine a manufacturer's products' ability to retain value when compared against the original suggested retail price.
Here are just some of the stats for the passenger car category:

Honda- 52.6% of MSRP
Mazda- 45.3% of MSRP

Acura- 49.7% of MSRP
Lexus- 48.2% of MSRP
