Ahh the fuel mileage champ, the Honda Insight. It's expensive, little and zippy. Comfy seats, little storage space, noisy engine, poor soundproofing, high rear window, hasn't been redesigned since 2000 and thin/tiny wheels contribute to the fuel savings. Conveniences in the interior is pretty good with Automatic Climate Control, Power Windows, Power Door Locks, AM/FM/CD w/ 4 speakers, Power heated body-colour Mirrors, 4-way adjustable driver's seat and the numbered speedometer. UPDATE: As of July 20th 2006, the Insight is no longer sold in Japanese markets. The demise of the Insight in its home market means that the Insight will also face its demise in worldwide markets in 2007. UPDATE 2: As of 2007, the Insight is dead. But however, few specific dealers in the world may still carry just one or two new or used Insights. |
