This is Honda's fun SUV that was built near the millenium with two versions: three door (pictured) and five door. Although the ride was choppy, the engine was noisy, the engine was downpowered, the seats were uncomfortable, suspension travel was limited, price was high, poor crash test ratings contributed to the slow sales at first but it acclerated through 2002 and 2003 but Honda was forced to push the three door version out of the market. Right now the HRV five door is still in the market in Japan so if you want one go and get it.
UPDATE: Honda has discontinued the HR-V in all markets but there still may be some HR-Vs left in Honda dealers lots in Japan. |
