Honda has hired more than 100 of the 1 000 people it is planning to add by October to introduce a second production shift at its Greensburg plant west of Cincinnati. Honda currently employs 1 000 workers that produce Civics at the Indiana plant. Applicants do not need experience but must be 18 and have a high school degree and live in 20 targeted countries.
